Ubicado frente al malecón y en el corazón del Centro Histórico de Mazatlán, el Hotel Freeman combina el valor arquitectónico de uno de los edificios más emblemáticos de la ciudad con una propuesta de hospitalidad contemporánea. El proyecto busca preservar el carácter histórico del inmueble mientras incorpora espacios funcionales y confortables para el turismo actual.

Project Brief
La propuesta integró criterios de funcionalidad, confort y conservación patrimonial, generando espacios que responden a las necesidades actuales de los huéspedes sin perder la esencia histórica del edificio. Gracias a su ubicación privilegiada frente al malecón y a pocos pasos de Plaza Machado, el hotel mantiene una estrecha relación con el entorno urbano y cultural de la ciudad.

The project is located in a strategic location, aiming to not only provide convenient facilities but also inspire a dynamic, green and sustainable lifestyle. It’s includes multi-purpose sports area, conference-exhibition space, café & food area, office and outdoor public facilities.

Design Philosophy

We deliberately blended the building with its context so that it “complements and enhances the natural environment, rather than dominates it”. We also embraced biophilic design: abundant daylighting, open sightlines to gardens, and water elements ensure the architecture connects users to the outdoors.
